1. First prepare all things that will be needed. They are screwdriver, two metal brackets, scissors, thin aluminum sheet, screws, glues for metal & wood materials, and a single wooden board cut to the size of the top desk.

2. Take a look at the aluminum sheet and then put the wood on the top of it. There are available offset sheets that you can use when you are tracing the wood piece on the metal sheet. You can get offset sheets that are not used anymore due to misprints from a newspaper company.

3. Then take a look at the aluminum and use a scissors to cut it around the traced area. Consider the width of the wood board, you have to leave & provide adequate space around the edges to cover it.

4. Then try to fold the aluminum to create the corner.

5. Take the metal glue and then use it to glue the metal sheet. Take the wood and place it on the back, then press and push into the sheet. Then begin to glue the edges down and let it to be completely dry.

6. Take a look at the metal brackets and the use them to mount desk on the wall. Use some screws to screw the mount onto the desk (the bottom of the desk). Don’t forget to consider the other side and then mount it on the wall as well as your preference, depending on where you want the desk will be positioned.

7. In addition, you can also cover the top desk with aluminum. Industrial-grade aluminum is not too bad idea for one that is rather thick.
